Seller, audience, and minimum age

The contractual seller of paid digital services on this site is Giuseppe Trebini, a natural person (not a company), and the same party identified as controller in the Privacy Policy.

The service is aimed mainly at consumers (B2C) and may be accessed from many countries, unless local law, sanctions, or technical limits prevent you from using it.

Paid purchases require you to be at least 18. Do not purchase if you are under 18.

VAT / tax status, prices

At the date of the latest update, the operator is a natural person and states that the Prosphir AI activity is not covered by a VAT/TIN registration. Tax/VAT obligations (registration, invoicing, reporting of income) depend on law, thresholds, territory, and facts. This is not tax advice; speak to a qualified accountant or your tax authority.

Prices and any applicable taxes or fees are those shown at checkout before you confirm, unless there is a clear error. Whether you receive a tax invoice or receipt depends on applicable rules at the time of payment.

The service

The service includes AI-assisted analysis and automatically generated digital reports. Outputs depend on your inputs and on statistical/AI models; they are not guarantees of commercial success, investment advice, or certainty.

Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You represent that information you provide is, to your knowledge, truthful and lawful.

Payments and digital content

Under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), you expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately after purchase. You acknowledge and accept that, once generation of the analysis has begun or the report has been downloaded, you definitively forfeit the right of withdrawal, as this is supply of digital content not on a tangible medium.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and fees are those shown at checkout before you confirm, unless there is a clear error.

Licence to use generated content

Subject to applicable law, we grant you a non-exclusive licence for personal and internal use of reports purchased or generated for your account. Resale or wide commercial redistribution requires written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or decisions taken solely on the basis of reports. The service is provided as-is.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access for breach, fraud risk, legal requests, or maintenance, with notice where reasonable.

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer rules in your country provide otherwise, these terms are governed by Italian law; courts follow applicable consumer protections where required.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version with the latest date prevails. Continued use after updates may mean acceptance unless the law requires a different process.
